Good neighborhoods to buy & hold in Miami-Dade, FL?

Hi there - I was born and raised in Miami, FL and have been living/working in the NYC area. I've been following Bigger Pockets for a while and the market finally appears to be getting softer. My husband and I are looking for our first buy & hold rental property (ideally, a duplex or single family) in the Dade-county area/Homestead area. Any good neighborhoods anyone suggest looking at that are safe and low vacancy with good cash flow? We've been looking at the Little Havanna area, maybe Country Walk, FL or Westchester? Any suggestions or pointers with investing in that area are much appreciated!
