Starting an LLC with Wife or Adding wife to Deed?

Hi BP! quick question. I am a local investor in the coral springs, FL area. My question is not Location specific, however I just wanted everyone to be aware with where I am located. 

My question is, which would be better: opening an LLC for my primary residence and adding my wife as a member of the LLC OR doing a quitclaim deed and adding her on the deed?

I know they are kind of for different purposes, but i would like to start putting properties in LLC's moving forward, and I'm not sure how to go about that or picking the right real estate lawyer for me.

Any help would be great!
