Sales Tax on Rental?!

Why does the state make it some damn hard to find information about sales tax?!  That was rhetorical, just venting.

Can anybody point me to a Florida State website (county or city is fine too) regarding sales tax on rental property?  I know there is a tourist tax on "short-term" rentals under 6 months but anything long-term I can't seem to find an answer.  Should I be charging sales tax on 1-year+ term leases?

Thanks in advance...

Residential is residential, no matter how many units.
