I am new to the real estate world and I am looking for motivated wholesaling-beginners to build a team. I am also looking for people with a little more experience to help guide us is in the process of understanding and developing techniques. From the strategies to finding our first potential seller, to ways to approach them by a direct mail campaign. I am mostly interested in getting some experience to be able to lock up my own deal.
