hi, new invester i need help finding a real estate agent and invester friendly title companies in the Jacksonville fl. and /or daytona, fl. area. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go to a local real estate investing club or Real Estate Investing Association (REIA) meeting. You want to find a Realtor that has wholesaled, flipped or owns rentals. For title companies just ask the hosts of the group which 1 or 2 they use and use them.
