First Investment as a long-distant Flipper

Hello All!

My name is Gervon and I am a real estate investor. I just put in an offer for a fix and flip home in Palm Coast, FL for $165K and it got accepted! I am a long distant investor who is currently in the military and even though I am the one purchasing this home, my father is a "silent partner" in this deal with me. My mother and siblings live in the area as well as my grandmother, her husband, and my uncle. I am wondering if there is anyone on BP that is familiar with the Palm Coast area and would be willing to get me in contact with reputable contractors/companies who do cosmetic repairs. This place needs a cleaning, new carpets, paint job, new door, and a few small fixture replacements, no major repairs. Please send me a personal message and the best way to get in contact with you if you could be of assistance!

Thank You,

Gervon
