Inventory Lead Sources

Hey BP,

I am curious what lead sources everyone uses at what you found to have the best returns for inventory. Currently my biggest lead sources are:

  • Sphere of Influence / Networking
  • Direct Mail Marketing
  • For Sale By Owner
  • Social Media Marketing

I've heard of quite a few other potential lead sources but either had poor results or never tried them yet.

  • Nursing homes
  • Bandit Signs
  • Cold Calling
  • Google Ad Words
  • Facebook Ads
  • Craigslist

What are your biggest lead sources and have you heard of any others that would be worthwhile to look into?
