Seeking partner for next house flip project in Pinellas County

Been doing house flipping for a few years now with my dad but now stepping in to take over.  I work well with partners, and do my best to keep the line of communication open with updates daily.  

Doing more Project Managing in my flips to gain more control of day to day activities.  I have a few (2-5) deals in the pipe that I can bounce off and get feedback. I hope to find a partner for my next project.
