Plumber and HVAC contractor in Panama City or PCB, FL
Hi All, I am an investor from Atlanta, GA, and I have a vacation rental in PCB. Recently, I got in a difficult situation when I had a water leak at my place and it had to happen on 4th of July weekend. It was my fault that I didn't have a good plumber to call and I had to rely on recommendations of a property manager. I was referred to PlumbBetter and I got ripped off. A technician found out that a brand new Delta tub spout was leaking because of the loose connection, and he replaced it with a new no-name tub spout and charged me $300 for that.
So, I learned my lesson. And, I am looking for a good plumber and an HVAC guy in PCB area. Who do you call when you have an emergency at one of your rentals or if you need to replace a water heater or an AC unit? Thanks everyone in advance for any help.
