Cash out refinance in South Florida area

Good afternoon investors.  This is my 1st post and just getting used to this website.  It seems like a great platform to learn and/or teach others.  My question is--- Can anyone recommend a good bank or credit union in South Florida area that is great for "Cash out refinance"? 

 Here's a little background--- my credit score is about 730 (although I haven't checked recently-past 8 months)

My home value is about $215,000 and remaining mortgage balance is $114,000 with a 4.75% FIXED rate with and its a 30 year term.  Any feedback will be appreciated-- Thank you.
