Syndication Lawyer in the Tampa Area

Hi BP! I am relatively new to the Tampa area and want to start building a local real estate team. I currently have a small multifamily property, but in the future would like to start syndicating larger deals. Can anyone recommend a lawyer in the Tampa, St. Pete area that has experience with apartment syndication deals? Thanks in advance for the input.
