Looking for Sarasota PM Company

Hello everyone! 

First timer here! I'm very excited on possibly closing on my first Plex within the next month or so. The property I'm buying is in Sarasota, Florida, BUT I live in South Florida.... so I'm looking for recommendations on PM Companies there or any advice on what I should look for when hiring one of those companies. As a newbie, I'm kind of nervous on the whole deal, so I'm hoping I can get some insights from you guys.
