Questions about starting out

Hi, I'm a newly licensed agent with some experience in Rentals but am seeking a Broker and Mentor (South Beach - Boca) who can train me one-on-one that can provide me solid leads. I don't mind a competitive split, I'm very generous. I find that many firms claim to give leads but what are those leads like? Can anyone give me some solid brokers/mentor/ out there who is dedicated to training/providing leads and not just going to ship me out to training classes? Thank you. Steve

@Steve G. I have my own firm on the other coast in Naples and I owned four RE/MAX offices before that. I always tell people, the best decision new agents can make it to join Keller Williams. Great training.
