Canadian becoming a license agent in Florida

Hi I'm looking to move from Canada to Florida and I want to get my license as an agent. From what I understand you work as an independent contractor when you're an agent. I'm trying to figure out the quickest way for me as a Canadian resident to work in Florida as a license realtor. I've been searching what Visa I need but I need some help.

Have there been any brokerages out there that hire agents from Canada to work under their team?
