Melbourne Florida Property Management

Does anyone have any recommendations on property management in Melbourne Florida/Brevard County.  I mostly own condos in Indialantic, Suntree, and Viera.  Looking for low monthly fee as the condos are low maintenance, low tenant turnover costs/lease renewal costs, and most importantly high responsivenensss and exceptional service.  Plan would be to start them off with 1 condo, and give them more if they do a good job.  Thanks!
