Ready to rent out my first house in Melbourne

Hi all,

I am about to take the plunge and rent out my first house in Melbourne, FL.  I am fairly confident when it comes to the tenant screening process and maintaining things once it gets going, but I am a little apprehensive about some of the details, like how to handle the security deposit, and a decent lawyer to supply or review a lease.  Also any other pitfalls that may not be obvious to someone that hasn't done this before.  

Is there a good, fairly detailed, source of information for getting started in Florida?
