I need a Handyman/ Contractor for Hollywood Florida

I have a duplex in Hollywood needing a lot of repairs. Can anyone recommend some contractors that work with the city of Hollywood often.

Also a local handyman for doing general maintenance and repairs.  There's a lot of little things that need to be done on this property-- exterior paint, interior, minor wood work, windows/ doors etc
