Why are so many big homes on small lots being built in the Tampa
Here's an interesting article from Tampa Bay Times.
I have one of these big new houses going up on a tiny lot around the corner from me. I guess its worth looking into if you're a builder or just want a brand spanking new house.
I've seen a lot of tear down for sale but just ignored them. Maybe they're worth looking into.
