Buy and hold in South Lake County, ISO hard money.
I've got a small cabin on a canal w Clermont chain of lakes access about 100 yards in from the lake that I'd like to buy, rehab, and hold.
I need $40k, arv should be $70k and rent for at least $800 mo and probably closer to $950. If I rent $850 at 10% CAP that's around $102k.
TIA folks!
