Market in Orlando area

Hello, I'm planning on moving to the Orlando area in a few months with the idea of find a small multifamily to househack and start my REI career with my wife. We are trying to decide where would be a good area to live in, where there is good cashflow and where we can start this new chapter in our life as a newlywed.

Do you guys have any inside and recommendations?

@Gabriel Zurita I think its a very competitive market but definitely possible to achieve goals. Im currently househacking a single family home 6bed4bath. Not a homerun deal but paid fair market price and it was cash flowing 800 monthly, adding a partition wall to close th upstairs living room added another 700 to make a total of 1500 monthly after expenses and free rent. Never done multifamily in my area, im still a newbie investor.
