Tenant walkthrough checklist for moving in

Hi Guys,

I got my first tenant for my property and would like to do a walk through with them before they move in this week. Could you guys share any checklist you guys have which you go over as part of the first walkthrough? Do you guys use any video software to mark off areas which are having issues and how do you get a sign off on all the initial spots on the property?
