Top 3 items to look for while shopping for a mortgage loan
HI Guys,
I am a newbie and currently shopping for a property loan for my investment property in Delaware. I am willing to put 20% upfront and a property around 200k which can be a townhome or single family home preferably in the Pike Creek area. I have been approached by banks on different mortgage products. I would like to know what are the top 3 to 5 things to consider in choosing a bank or mortgage product for an investment loan?
