Finding Deals in Delaware
How to find the best deals in the southern New Castle, Kent, and Sussex County - Delaware. I'm a newbie, in the process of building my first flip deal which I found off-market. I am now looking to find another deal however anything on MLS, even REOs seem to be priced too high to make any worth while ROI. I have been thinking of going to the sheriff sales. Any recommendations? how are you finding your best deals in this market? Thanks -J

This is absolutely 100% correct. It's competitive out there, so you'll need to find your niche or advantage and then run with it.
