Tax upon sale - out of state resident

Hello, I am a PA resident interested in purchasing a second home in Delaware. I am trying to determine whether an additional tax would be assessed to me as an out of state resident when I turn around and want to sell the De property in the future.

I ask this question because I know that if I were to purchase a second home in Maryland as an out of state resident, I would need to pay about 7% when I sell the home.

Thank you.
