Commercial Real estate
Hello All, I am a 23 year old college student who has been trying to gain as much knowledge as possible about commercial real estate in general, and in my area. I have seen many podcasts, and have read the book" The due diligence handbook for commercial real estate" by Brian Hennessey. My goal is to have a portfolio of 25M in the future. However, I know in order to get started you may need some capital. My intention for this post is to hopefully network with people around my area that can provide me the knowledge and guide me to the right steps in my goal. I am open to meeting up, and thank you all for taking your time, and reading this post!
