Very good news for Carrier and even more so for Bristol CT residents who will be given another option for housing. Rents are expected to be in the $1,100 to $1,900 range and while that does feel a bit high for the market, if these units are higher end and offer nice amenities with multiple bedrooms I think they will rent. 

I'm a fan of the tax abatement procedure so long as it's mutually beneficial to both sides of the table and that appears to be the case here!
