How to know a good Propert Appraiser
This is an interesting idea but I feel that the problem with these kinds of things is that there is always going to be people who are looking for a job at the startup in question because they have their first name and most of the things they do to become successful are pretty obvious to them because there have been lots of them already in the last decade. This is especially true when the founders are going to be successful if a startup starts to raise money in order to be successful. A good property appraiser might not get an offer from a bad company if a company started to raise money for a startup, then it's all going to be an unavoidable problem - but for now, there would be little reason to pay them.
