Contractor(s) in New Haven?
Hello community! Can anyone recommend a good contractor in the New Haven CT area? Specifically one that can assess the structural integrity of a wall that has shifted a little toward the base. It's an old brick building from the 1800s. (The owner says it's been like that since he bought it 30 yrs ago..) It will need a support beam running the length of the house front-to-back, and possibly a new roof. It's in decent shape otherwise, with new plumbing/electrical/windows.
If I buy it I'd want to create an additional apartment in the basement that sits about halfway underground. Any referrals would be greatly appreciated.
