Typical Finance/Lender Turntimes

Hello everyone, I was wondering what your experience has been in the past with overall turntime & process is when purchasing an investment property?  I have 3 currently with 2 different lenders who were both able to put me through their residential mortgage lending process.  So I've been able to get a 30 yr fixed at someone decent rates.  But as I move forward I'm probably going to need to go through commercial financing/underwriting and I was wondering what the standard turntimes were and process hangups that I might run into?
