VA loan to purchase New London Multi-Family

Hello everyone,

I'm being transferred to Groton, CT and I would like to use my VA loan to house hack a 2-4 unit home. I'm looking for a investor friendly realtor to help me out with the New London and surrounding area markets. Reporting to Groton in April from Washington and would like to close on a home no sooner than February. Budget around 250K and cash flowing to live rent free. I'm open to any areas within a 20 mile radius from the Naval base in Groton, CT. Looking for any ideas or realtors willing to help out.

Thanks

Danny Slover
