Accountant in/around Bristol

Good morning ladies and gents,

Just a minute to introduce myself first... My name is Charlie and i am intrigued by the prospects of REI as a second job. I am in the process of selling my first house and am planning to close around the end of this month. A home was inherited and closer to work and family so i decided to part ways with my first property. I will do pretty well in selling although i was hoping for more, but there is a lot of competition on homes for sale currently.

I have a decent nest egg started and have always been financially intelligent, after the sale of this home i will be debt free. I would like to sit down with an accountant whom knows their way around real estate to set the foundation for my REI and tax strategies as far as flipping or BRRRR and rental properties.

Look forward to getting to know all of you,

Charlie
