Hi All,

I am looking to find an agent in the UConn area who specializes in working with investors. I would like to purchase a property to live in and rent out, holding for at least 5 years. Anyone with experience in the Storrs, Mansfield, Coventry, or Willimantic area with knowledge of the local market and principles of real estate investment would be very helpful.
