Hi, I was wondering if someone can help guide me to any local attorneys in ct that have experience with real estate investors. I know plenty of attorneys that close real estate transactions with regular home buyers. Looking for someone to aide with setting up a lease and providing guidance as an investor. Working on getting my first unit and trying to my team in order. Thanks in advance.
