Hello! Multi family investor here! I may have million questions lol but I’m wondering if any of you have heard and/or used Hartford Community Loan Fund HCLF hartfordloans.org?? 

Lenders that can provide funding on a 7 unit property with low money down. Would like to use DSCR?? Need some positive feedback to get this deal done
