New on BP. MF and/or SFH in St. Louis

Hi BP

I am a new investor. I was thinking about where to invest, I'm looking at a few places for MF, Triplex or Quadplex. I'm just looking for some info on some cities in terms of affordability of MF properties, rent prices, cash flow, appreciation and the safety of neighborhood etc. Any opinions, thoughts or ideas where would be a good place to start. I live in NYC, it's way too expensive to invest here at this time. Any opinions on St. Louis MO, is this area now over priced for SFH and MF?

Any input would be greatly appreciated?

PS: I have been reading this forum a lot and it’s great to see experienced and seasoned RE investors & professionals help out the newbies, like me!
