Offer Before or After

Keith Chang
Posted

Hey this may be a stupid question but do we make an offer before or after calculating the numbers or do we examine the property first then we make an offer. And how will we determine the cost for rehab if we've never been to the property in the first place

Run the numbers before otherwise how will you know what to offer?
