Hello everyone,

I am an 18-year-old looking to pursue real estate investing. I have been doing lots of research, but am curious if anyone has tips on an ideal first investment property, whether you are using the BRRRR method, house hacking, etc. I understand that individual circumstances play a huge role, but am curious as to what you would recommend based on your experiences.
