Hi my name is Lance and I am new to BP. I have been trudging through trying to find great deals here but this is a tough town to find deals, or at least for me. I would very much like to find a mentor. I have extensive construction experience and have a good eye for what sells in San Diego. Would love to work something out with someone locally that would be mutually beneficial.
