Hello fellow members. My name is Amir Stoudamire. I am a 20 year old investor from Maryland who just started the wholesaling business back in June this year. I decided that I want to achieve financial freedom for myself and my family as soon as possible, so I figured real estate is one of the best ways to accomplish that goal.

So far, my progress had been a tad slow, but still moving forward. I have found a few motivated sellers who are willing to sell their properties under its value, but I have yet to put the properties under contract. Plus, I could use more cash buyers to add to my roster so that I can ensure the sellers a quick closing. However, I know that this will all work out one way or another. I feel great joining a forum filled with knowledgeable people and I know I will learn many more things as I continue along my path to wealth. I look forward to getting into good discussions with you all!
