Process of qualifying a lender for house hacking

Hi BiggerPockets friends!

I'm new to real estate investing, looking to house hack (purchase a duplex, triplex or quadruplex) by February 2021. I'm almost finished reading the book The House Hacking Strategy by Craig Curelop and understand that the first part of assembling your team is finding a lender.

What are the most important things to keep in mind when finalizing this decision?
