Hello Bigger Pockets!!

My name is Kevin and I am new to BP. I am in Colorado and looking to get into real estate investing both short turm (flipping) and long term (renting).

A little about myself. I am born and raised in Colorado and am 24-years-old. When I graduated from High School, I got a job offer in my career field (engineering) and I couln't turn it down. I have been doing school at night almost full time and work 40+ hours a week. I got into the stock market in December of 2008 and have been doing it ever since and am doing very well. I am looking out for my future, i am a very driven person. I have been known to work more than 60 hours a week and do school full-time. I still hold a 4.0 GPA.

I want to get into real estate and I am trying to find a team of people together to take on this venture. I want to purchase REOs and forclosures to flip and then I want to have properties that I can buy at really good deals to hold for the long terms and rent out.

This is my first post on BP. I bought my first house at the age of 20 and have been there ever since. Not many people can say that they bought a house before 21; I did with no help.

Like I said I am new to BP and look forward to taking on real estate

Kevin
