My name is Michelle and I am from one of Boston's neighborhoods called Dorchester. I have been making my way through all the bp podcasts and loving them! I grew up watching my parents manage real estate and am in the process of buying my first investment property. Ultimately I would love to fix-and-flip but what makes sense right now is a buy-and-hold-rental. This October I will be taking a course for my real estate license to be able to sell property as well. I am looking forward to moving away from my 9-5 desk job (though I am sure I will hold onto it a while longer). Cheers!!
