Hey everyone in the Bigger Pockets community. I'm pretty excited to be getting actively involved in REI. This is our first post in the group so intros first. Myself and my fiancé are looking to make our first multifamily, STR, or SFH deal in the next 3-6 months. We are from the Reno/Tahoe area and are looking out of state right now. Slowly narrowing down to a short list but it's not as easy as it seems (shocker!). Right now our hot list is:

Lansing, MI
Branson, MO
Memphis, TN
Cleveland, OH
Columbus, OH
DFW, TX
San Antonio, TX

Although the list seems to be in constant flux as we take in more and more information from all of the Bigger Pocket contributors. Anyway, there are a lot of success stories out there which are great to read and the advice/lessons learned have been really informative so far. We would love to hear horror or success stories about these markets and are looking forward to make connections with investors/agents/brokers as we continue on our journey.

Nice to meet everyone!!
