HI THERE

About myself:

Everything I don't know fascinates me. I love to learn and read. I love to run, ride my bike, and indulge my creative streaks through music and writing.

I found my way to San Diego from the midwest (St. Louis) by joining the Navy and fell in love with the city. I've been back in SD 7 years now.

I currently work for a property management company and am directly responsible for 86 units. I have also been a researcher for a title company and a handy man for a previous landlord.

Immediately... I want to capitalize my business by wholesaling and flipping and venture into real estate investment through buy and holds/tax lien purchases/commercial real estate. I want to take advantage of what I feel is an amazing confluence of experience, exposure, and opportunity.

I am currently seeking to expand my education in real estate through reading, research, and knowledgeable input from experienced investors. I am direction to arm myself for my first real estate transaction.
