Philadelphia Based Wholesale Real Estate

Benson Voong
Posted

Hello everyone. I’m new to wholesale real estate and will plan to spend the rest of 2021 to research, understand it, and hope to start generating income from it by end of 2021 or early to mid-2022. The idea that there is a little upfront cost drew me into this revenue stream and it can help me get into other revenue streams of real estate I’m hoping wholesale real estate will generate a secondary income that can match or become greater than the primary income of my full-time job in 2-10 years. I have some goals and questions that I hope you can help answer:

  1. 1. Find a good Philly-based real estate lawyer.
    1. Do you know of any Philly-based real estate lawyers that you recommend or methods on how to find an affordable and good lawyer?
  2. 2. Understand the cost of starting and running a wholesale real estate business in the Philadelphia area.
    1. Other than the cost of Philadelphia's Residential Property Wholesaler License, are there any other expenses that I should look into?

Thank you for the time to read my post and answer my questions. I looking forward to learning from all of you and hope to work with you in the near future to help each other increase our value.

Benson
