New Investor Looking for advice

Posted

Hello wide world of Bigger Pockets.  I am Bradley Rudisill, Lake Norman area of North Carolina.  I have been a member before and was a little overwhelmed.  So I pressed reset, dove into as many podcast as I could and signed up for webinars.  While looking for my own personal property I got the investing bug and really would like to get completely committed to this process.   My mother and father have invested in single family long term rentals and I have learned a ton from this process, from having processes in place for every part of rentals to what to place value on when looking for potential tenants.  I'm looking more toward small multifamily to get my feet wet on my own.  I would love to connect with all of you out there that can offer some insight and advice.

Thanks,

Bradley Rudisill
