Newbie from Seattle, WA!

Hello BP Community!

My name is Kelsy. I'm new to REI and have been cramming my brain full of as much REI related information as possible for the past few months. I actually came across the BP Podcast first (which I'm a big fan of!) through a smartphone app which quickly led me to the community here online - which I am also a very big fan of!

I'm currently looking to get started with wholesaling or a buy and hold deal here in Western Washington within the next 6 months. My long term goal is to create a passive income, obtain financial freedom and make all my dreams (such as owning a home in Thailand and retiring young) come true.

Also, I'm looking forward to attending any BP meetups that might be in the area and would certainly appreciate it if someone could let me know how/where to find out about them.

@Mehran K. Thanks for the positive reinforcement! I love using the SMART method for goal setting. Seems to make even the biggest goals easy to accomplish.
