Young, new REI looking to partner

Greetings! I recently separated from the Marine Corps and am eager to get into the world of Real Estate Investing. I am currently located in the Washington, DC Metro area looking to partner with more experienced investors to learn the ropes of wholesaling and lead to investing in buy and hold rental properties.
