New Guy In Colorado

Hello to all! Glad to join this group and hope to learn alot if nothing else. My name is Jeremy and have been living in the Colorado Springs area for about 10 months now. I got stationed here as I'm in the Army this past December. I ended up joining the Bigger Pockets Community through reading one of Ben's electronic books and out of curosity clicked on the link. I have no concrete or real world real estate background. I just been reading books and my parents own a few properties in North Carolina and I own one in Texas (my 1st personal residence). I'm currently considering buying an additional house here in Colorado Springs that I hope I will make into a rental once I leave here in a few years.
