Hi REI community! I am a full-time Landscape Architect and been learning about real estate investing this year in hopes to start getting into on the side. Would love to get into fix/flips in the Atlanta, GA market where I live but would feel much more comfortable in a partnership to start. How are typical partnerships split as far as profit depending on experience? Any advice would be great! Thanks!
